Dilapidations
When
any business leaves an office building or commercial site, there's an
obligation under the terms of the lease for the outgoing tenant to restore
the space to its original condition from when their lease first started.
This usually consists of the removal of Partitioning, Teapoint, data cabling
and your redundant fixtures and fittings, then a total redecoration and
maybe replacement carpet. Metre Squared Interiors will undertake all these
commercial refurbishment works
on your behalf.
If your landlord hasn't issued you with a dilapidation survey, we can arrange for one to be carried out for agreement between all parties.
We also work closely with landlords where they are looking to increase the specification of a commercial space following the departure of an incumbent tenant, to upgrade the property to a Category A fit-out to maximise rental yield.
