Construction Design Management
Many larger projects now need to meet the requirements of Construction Design Management Regulations and it’s actually your legal responsibility to ensure that the office refurbishment project is managed safely.

Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing Work
Mechanical, electrical and plumbing work is an important part of almost any project, and Metre Squared Interiors is well equipped to meet any challenge.
We supply and install new Air Conditioning systems or carry out alterations and modifications to existing ones.
We undertake all electrical works from the installation of a couple of additional lights to a total re-wire of a floor or entire premises including a complete Data installation package.
All our tradesmen are accredited to their relevant official bodies such as NIC/EIC or CORGI and are very familiar with the more complex systems sometimes found on commercial premises.
All our work is conducted and certificated to recognised industry standards.
Demountable Partitioning and Silicon Joint
Selected from a range of high quality manufacturers we can offer a partitioning system to match all your performance and visual requirements.
When selecting partitioning, consideration should be given to acoustic and fire performance, lateral stability and structural deflection. Sometimes the clever use of partitioning can give the appearance of height and increased space, more so when integrated with double glazed units and integral blinds.
We have a range of solutions that can be tailored to your specification and project timescale.
Silicon Jointed glass partitioning is a frameless glass only partitioning system with no vertical posts, corner posts or three-way posts between individual pieces of glass available in straight line, faceted or curved forms. By including this type of partitioning in our design scheme we are able to create offices and meeting rooms but still maintain that all-important open plan feeling.
With the added benefit of a manifestation applied onto the glass that allows you to brand your space by having your company Logo cut into the design whilst also complying with Health and Safety.
Door module options include pivoted glass doors, sliding glass doors and traditional wood veneer doors.
