Asbestos Management

Very strict regulations are now in force with regard to asbestos so it’s important to take professional advice when considering its management or removal. It’s estimated that half a million commercial premises in the UK contain the deadly product and Regulation 4 of the Control of Asbestos at Work Regulations 2002 requires commercial landlords to search for it and carry out a risk assessment.

We work with specialist asbestos contractors who are able to carry out location and assessment surveys as well as sampling. All surveyors are trained and certified to the P402 standards of the British Occupational Hygiene Society.
