Building Control & Fire Regulation Submission
We would respectfully point out that application for and granting of Building Regulations approval is mandatory and you have a legal responsibility to do so before any alterations are made to a Designated Building (i.e. one that has a fire certificate).

We’ll take care of building control and fire regulation submissions, ensuring that the relevant authorities have all the essential information they need to approve the work. We will also liaise with your new landlord on all aspects of the design scheme and submissions to assist with the licence of alterations required on your new space.
