Millfield plc – Inter Alliance plc

A publicly-listed firm of financial advisors, Millfield needed to undertake a major project for Inter Alliance, which involved a complete reorganisation of national offices. No fewer than 21 offices were involved, ranging from Inverness to Bristol. Home working facilities were set up for IFAs, furniture moved between offices and IT servers and phone switches were delivered to a centralised storage facility.

Mitsui Trading Company

The move of Mitsui Trading Company – a major commodity trading organisation – presented considerable logistical issues. Not least among these were the restricted access at both their old premises in Old Bailey and their new building in King William Street. A carefully formulated, round-the-clock move schedule was agreed, which included the sequential packing and unpacking of 4,800 linear metres of filing and the relocation of over 700 separate pieces of IT equipment.

Eurosite Medical

This five-week project for a leading medical staffing agency involved substantial amounts of new partitioning, upgrades to lighting and air conditioning, as well as voice/data and power outlets. Removal teams relocated IT equipment, existing desks and crates to the newly refurbished space.
