Metre Squared Interiors have been working with Ridley Scott Associates since 2005, in close liaison with the Company’s facilities teams in London’s West End.

Works have been won for the comprehensive refurbishment and relocation of the London Headquarters of FG Energy, an energy management company.

FG Energy are in the process of relocating from Southampton Row (Holborn and The Westend) to Alders House (in the City of London).

Refurbishment consultancy comprises of a mixture of:

1. Floorplan scheduling and space plan design;

2. Project management of fit-out and refurbishment tasks (ordering of soft furnishings; construction management and IT datacoms/AV systems);

3. Planning application and listed building consent;

3. Relocation advice and implementation.

Work has recently been won by Metre Squared Interiors to undertake some refurbishment work for the Princes Regeneration Trust.

The Princes Regeneration Trust (one of 19 charities personally founded by the Prince of Wales) rescues important buildings from neglect and helps to find viable uses for historic buildings at risk of demolition or dereliction.

The refurbishment work relates to the charity’s new head quarter site, based on 14 Buckingham Palace Road.

Works incorporate:

1. Space plan design and consultation for tea-point and breakout area;

2. Project management and installation.

We anticipate works to be finished by January 2012.
